Brock Lesnar has been absent from WWE, but however did appear at UFC 226 — but not everyone is excited.
One former champion has accused Lesnar of using steroids after UFC 200 suspension.
UFC 226, which had the main event of Stipe Miocic vs Daniel Cormier had a disappointing buy rate when the report says there were 380,000 buys when UFC was hoping for 500,000 buys. The most talked about part of the event was Brock Lesnar going back to the octagon and setting up a championship fight against Cormier.
Speaking of Lesnar and his appearance on at UFC 226, former UFC champion Dominick Cruz had some comments on the upcoming fight on The Scott & BR on 1090 AM in San Diego.
“If he makes it to the [Daniel Cormier] fight I’d be shocked. And I mean that because USADA is the toughest anto-doping system there is on planet Earth, and that guy is absolutely doping. Period. No ifs, ands or buts about it. And he’s not been in mixed martial arts, so of course he’s been doing that stuff. How they’re going to get him to be clean on fight night is beyond me.”
Lesnar completes his USADA suspension and is able to fight on January 8, 2019. He was originally suspended after his victory against Mark Hunt at UFC 200, which was changed to a no contest after testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs.
