According to the woman herself, Ronda Rousey will be at Extreme Rules, despite her 30-day suspension.
During a recent interview on WWE’s YouTube channel, Ronda Rousey announced that she will indeed to be showing up to Extreme Rules, however, the former UFC Bantam Weight Champion will not be competing.
Instead, she will be buying a ticket and sitting in the front row to watch – with an eager eye on the RAW Women’s Title match between Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax.
Ronda Rousey was recently suspended on Raw for assaulting Raw GM, Kurt Angle, during a confrontation with Alexa Bliss that got out of hand. Angle tried splitting up the pair, which resulted in the Raw GM receiving blows from the ‘Baddest Woman on The Planet’.
On the topic of her suspension, Rousey noted that she was upset with the decision from Kurt Angle, but however, understood the reason for it. Rousey didn’t seem too concerned with her actions, claiming that if she had another chance she would do it all again.
During the short interview, Renne Young asked if she’d like to address Bliss personally, Rousey kept it short and sweet: “I’ve already made my statement”.
